Monitoring Dashboard

The Dashboard is IONFLOW’s central control panel. When you log in, it’s the first thing you see: a visual summary of the status of your automations, connections, and executions. It lets you quickly assess the health of your processes without opening each board individually.

Think of the Dashboard as your “command center”: from here you can quickly identify if something failed, how many executions processed today, and which boards need attention.

  • All users: The Dashboard is the first screen you see when logging in
  • Supervisors: Who need a quick summary of overall status
  • Operators: Who want to detect issues quickly before diving into logs
  1. Log in to IONFLOW
  2. The Dashboard displays automatically as the home page
  3. You can also access it from the left sidebar by clicking Dashboard

The Dashboard shows a series of pre-configured widgets that summarize your tenant’s activity:

Shows recent executions across all boards with their status:

StatusIndicatorDescription
SuccessGreenThe execution completed all steps correctly
ErrorRedThe execution failed at some step
🔄 RunningBlueThe execution is currently running
⏸️ PausedYellowThe execution was manually paused (Dev mode)

List of all boards with their current status (active/inactive) and last execution.

Shows recent warnings and notifications, such as:

  • Connections that expired or failed
  • Boards that haven’t run in a while
  • Recurring errors that need attention

Usage metrics for your plan, including consumed executions and limits.

Chronological history of actions performed on the platform (board creation, connection edits, etc.).

The current Dashboard is fixed — widgets come pre-configured and cannot be added, removed, or rearranged via drag-and-drop.

📋 Dashboard customization is planned for future versions of IONFLOW.

You can filter Dashboard information by:

  • Date range: View today’s activity, last week, last month
  • Execution status: Filter only successes, errors, or in progress
  • Specific board: Search by board name

From the Dashboard you can perform quick actions without navigating to other sections:

  • View the detail of a recent execution by clicking on it
  • Open a board directly from the active boards list
  • Go to Connections if an alert indicates an authentication issue
