User Profile

The User Profile is where you manage your personal account in IONFLOW. From here you can update your personal information, change language and theme preferences, manage your account security, and configure notifications.

  • All users: Who need to manage their account and preferences
  • Administrators: Who manage team roles and permissions
  1. Click your avatar or name in the top right corner
  2. Select Profile or My Account from the dropdown menu
  3. Your profile settings page will open

You can edit the following personal data:

  • Full name — How you appear on the platform
  • Email address — Used for login and notifications
  • Avatar — Profile picture (optional)

To save changes, click Save at the bottom of the form.

IONFLOW is available in multiple languages. Change the interface language from:

  • Profile → Language → Select your preferred language

Customize the visual appearance:

  • Light: White background, ideal for well-lit environments
  • Dark: Dark background, reduces eye strain in low-light environments
  1. Go to Profile → Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters, uppercase, numbers)
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Click Save

📋 Two-factor authentication is planned for future versions of IONFLOW. When available, you’ll be able to add an extra layer of security to your account.

You can view and manage your active sessions:

  • Device and browser for each session
  • Last activity recorded
  • Remote logout from specific devices

Configure which notifications you receive and how:

  • Email: Receive alerts by email when there are errors in your boards, expired connections, or important updates
  • In-platform: Notifications within IONFLOW visible via the bell icon

Your access level depends on the role assigned by your administrator:

Note: You cannot change your own role. Contact your administrator if you need different permissions.
